SHIPPING

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
All of our jewellery is shipped FREE at no cost to you if you are located inside Republic Of Ireland, Northern Ireland or UK.(FREE Standard Post for all orders or FREE Registered Post for orders over 50 Euro.) We offer FREE same day delivery in Co. Dublin area(only for orders of 50 Euro and above). If you want us to send your jewellery by Registered Post you may be charged for shipping.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY SHIPMENT TO ARRIVE?
Most items will be shipped within 24 hours, though some items may be longer. We will update you if there is any unexpected delays in shipping.


HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
All of our jewelry is shipped via An Post. Our couriers also deliver the jewellery same day as ordered&paid in Co. Dublin area. Only for orders of 50 Euro and above. Our couriers can also show you other items when delivering your order but let us know first which items you want to see. We can also deliver at a time specified by you.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship to many countries, but there is an extra charge for such shippment and it can take 7-10 business days to arrive after the item is shipped. Please email us for details.


DO YOUR ITEMS HAVE A GUARANTEE?
There is a 90 day guarantee on all craftmanship. We will be happy to work with you to make sure you are very happy with your item.


OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note that larger orders will need to be shipped to billing address. If this is the case, we will make sure to inform you where the item is being shipped. Please email us with questions. Items out of stock will be notified to the customer. Payment must be made in full for all products before delivery. All items are individually inspected prior to shipping All Jewelry may be gift boxed. Extra charge of 80 cents per gift box. We recommend sending your items by Registered Post, that way you can track & insure your packet. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage during transit by Standard Post. All products prices are inclusive of VAT.

PAYMENTS


HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept payments online by VISA, MasterCard, Laser Cards and Electronic Bank Transfers(recommended). You may also pay 'offline' via Cheque, Bank Draft, Postal Order, Bank Transfer(recommended) or by An Post Go&Pay service. VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable. Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full. All products remain the property of gabrielle.ie until payment is received in full. A credit account may be opened by corporate clients, subject to trade references and application approval, on the strict condition that payment is made within 30 days from date of invoice. WHY DO YOU RECOMMEND ELECTRONIC BANK TRANSFERS?
Simply because it is the cheapest and quickest way of paying for online orders. Also you receive a special discount of 2% of your purchase when paying by Electronic Bank Transfer. Electronic bank transfers allow you to send payment directly from one recognized bank account to another.

Simply after order is placed you will receive our bank account details, and you can use your Internet Banking to transfer the funds. Alternatively, you can go to a branch and deposit the funds directly into our account.

RETURNS


HOW CAN I RETURN THE JEWELLERY?
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 30 days of shipment from Gabrielle BIJOUX for a full refund of your purchase price (except the shipping and handling fee and insurance) or for exchange ; no question asked. Item that have been worn, altered or damaged in any way may not be accepted for return. This is to allow you to change your mind after purchasing but before opening and using the product. You can return the goods unused in "as new" condition for a full refund. Except for items that are in the SPECIALS SECTION (sale items) you can return any item of jewellery within 30 days and receive a full refund, less delivery costs. Please contact us before returning any items. Returned goods are expected to be in the same condition as when they were delivered. The goods may not have been in use in order to be accepted as returns. Please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods return to us safely and intact.
